If your order cannot be delivered within the timeframe specified, MAISONOPIA will notify you and will try to rectify the situation as quickly and as practically as possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. Please note that MAISONOPIA operates Monday to Friday and not on official Italian public holidays and cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by any local customs clearance processes. If a customer has ordered several items at the same time, the products will be delivered in one shipping.
When items ship internationally, we cannot guarantee they will make it within the USPS time guidelines. On rare occasions, customs may hold your package for an undetermined amount of time. We sadly have no control over this.
We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen. However, we do include insurance with every USPS package and can help with customer USPS claims.
Falsifying shipping documents is illegal, so please do not ask us to mark your shipment at a lower value or as a gift.
Any customs taxes/fees/duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

While MAISONOPIA hopes that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with the goods we will happily offer a full refund or exchange on items which have not been Made To Order,sale items, swimwear, lingerie or any item that is custom made to your specific measurements..
The buyer can return an item in exchange for a different size. However, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
MAISONOPIA wants to remind you, that each item is entirely handmade therefore any imperfections or variations add to the individual beauty and uniqueness of each piece.
To receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.
Please follow the simple steps below:
-you must notify MAISONOPIA within 48hours of receiving your order
-include your original receipt in the returned parcel
-items must be returned within 14days of the date of the return request. returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted
-the item is your responsibility until it reaches MAISONOPIA. For you own protection, it is advisable to send returned items by registered post/DHL and keep your receipt proof
-the cost of returning the item to the company is the customer’s responsibility
-send your return to Artetica srl, Via Dandolo, 30 73020 Cutrofiano (LE) Italy.

All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. This process can take up to 30 days. With exchanges, your new items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.
Please note: new and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. MAISONOPIA does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Please be aware that items that are Made To Order are not refundable. International customs duties and sale taxes are not refunded for any shipping.
